Platform Integrations
We connect the operational systems your business already runs on — ERP, WMS, EMS and CMMS — so orders, inventory, assets and maintenance data move between them automatically and stay consistent.

The problem
Disconnected systems cost you time and trust
Most operations run on several specialised systems that were never designed to talk to each other.
Data re-keyed between systems
Someone copies orders, stock counts or work orders from one screen to another, every day.
Inconsistent inventory, asset and order data
Each system holds its own version of the truth, so numbers disagree and nobody trusts the reports.
Brittle spreadsheets in the middle
Exports and macros glue systems together until one column changes and everything breaks.
Systems we connect
ERP, WMS, EMS and CMMS
We work across the operational stack, in any combination.
- ERP
Enterprise Resource Planning
Finance, purchasing, sales orders, master data.
- WMS
Warehouse Management
Inventory, inbound/outbound, stock movements.
- EMS
Energy / Environmental Management
Meter readings, consumption, compliance data.
- CMMS
Maintenance Management
Assets, work orders, spare parts, preventive schedules.
Examples of what we build
Typical integration flows
Illustrative flows that show the kind of work we do. Every real integration is shaped around your own systems and processes.
Sales order to shipment to invoice
- ERP
Sales order is confirmed
- WMS
Pick, pack and ship task is created
- WMS
Shipment is confirmed with actual quantities
- ERP
Delivery is posted and the invoice is raised
Maintenance work order to stock and cost
- CMMS
Work order consumes spare parts
- WMS
Stock of those parts is reduced
- ERP
Maintenance cost is posted to the right account
Meter data to maintenance and cost allocation
- EMS
Meter readings and consumption are collected
- CMMS
Thresholds trigger condition-based maintenance
- ERP
Energy cost is allocated to cost centres
How we connect
Integration methods
We pick the method each system supports best, and mix them when a landscape needs it.
REST and SOAP APIs
Direct calls to systems that expose a modern or legacy web service.
Webhooks
React the moment something changes, instead of polling on a timer.
Database and ETL
Read from or load into databases where no usable API exists.
File exchange
SFTP drops of CSV or XML files for systems that only speak files.
Message queues
Reliable, decoupled delivery between systems that run at different speeds.
What you get
Deliverables
An integration you can run, monitor and maintain, not a black box.
- API, webhook and file-based (SFTP/CSV/XML) connectors
- Data mapping and transformation between system schemas
- Two-way sync with retry, de-duplication and audit logs
- Monitoring and alerting when a sync fails
- Documentation and handover to your team
Process
How an engagement works
- 01
Discover
We map the systems, the data that must move and who owns each side.
- 02
Design
We agree the data mapping, triggers, error handling and what counts as done.
- 03
Build and test
We build the connectors and test them against your own scenarios and edge cases.
- 04
Run and hand over
We go live with monitoring in place, then document and hand over to your team.
FAQ
Common questions
Which ERP, WMS, EMS and CMMS vendors do you work with?
We are vendor-agnostic. If a system exposes an API, a database or a file export, we can usually connect it. We look at the actual interfaces of your systems during discovery rather than promising support for a fixed list of products.
Can you work with on-premise systems?
Yes. Many integrations involve systems that run on your own servers. Depending on your network setup we can use a secure connection into your environment, a small agent that runs inside it, or scheduled file exchange.
What happens when a sync fails?
Connectors are built with retries, de-duplication and audit logs, and we add monitoring and alerting so a failed sync is noticed and visible rather than silently losing data.
Do we have to replace any of our current systems?
No. The point is to connect what you already run. If a system turns out to have no workable interface at all, we will tell you that plainly and discuss the options.
How long does an integration take?
It depends on the systems involved and how clean the data is. We can give you an honest estimate after a short discovery conversation, not before.
Tell us which systems need to talk
Describe your current systems and where data gets stuck. We will tell you what is realistic.
